Our Beginning
Hill Devine Design was created to service the Hospitality industry with FF&E design and procurement services. Our interior designers work with owners to develop design schemes and make product selections. Our project managers source and procure each project and oversee installation. Over the years, our business has spread into the Senior Living market. With the rise in clientele, they want their communities to feel more inviting and less institutional. With years of experience designing hotels and resorts, we were happy to bring our expertise to the healthcare sector. By selecting durable and cleanable fabrics and solution-dyed nylon carpeting, we can keep our designs healthcare-friendly without sacrificing style. At HDD, we strive to bring beauty and functionality to every space we design.
Our Growth
After several years in the industry, we learned that not every design firm has an in-house purchasing department. Hill & Hill Procurement was specifically developed to work directly with architects, designers, and developers to address this need. We bring our experience in purchasing, warehouse coordination, and installing FF&E goods to your project. HHP can also purchase finish materials for your project, from lighting and wallcover to carpet and vinyl flooring. If you are looking for a firm to procure your next project, look no further! Our mission is to purchase to your exact specifications, without changing a thing. If your specification is unavailable or needs reconsideration, HHP will contact you to obtain your approval before moving forward. We can even help with finding replacement options if requested.

For HDD, this means that from start to finish, our owners’ vision for their property was completed, and any unforeseen issues that arose during any phase of the process were dealt with to the owner’s satisfaction.
For HHP, we stick to a designer's specifications and do not approach the owner except on the designer’s behalf. We commit to our designer clients that we will not work directly with their customers for a minimum of 2 years. We started this company to assist other design firms in completing their projects, not to compete with their business.
