Budget Development and Analysis
We will provide you with a preliminary budget at the start of your project. Our company prides ourselves on transparency. Rather than markup an products, our firm charges a fixed fee for purchasing services. This fee is based on the size of your project, and is agreed upon prior to the start of purchasing.

Real-Time Product Tracking
As your purchasing firm, we will manage your products from order to arrival. We have close relationships with several warehousing companies throughout the US. We request tracking information from all our manufacturers, and obtain receiving reports from our warehouses.

On Site Installation Services
From paint and flooring to furniture and artwork, we have relationships with installers across the industry. Whatever service your project requires, we can find a subcontractor to fill the need. We ensure that someone from our firm is onsite during FF&E installation to ensure everything runs smoothly and looks great.
